  3. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  4. Eligible for Return/Exchange

  5. Items are eligible if they are:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • With original tags and packaging intact
    • Not damaged, stained, or altered

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Customized or personalized products
    • Products purchased during clearance or special sale
    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

    7. Exchange Policy

    Need a different size or color?

    We offer exchanges subject to product availability.

    • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
    • Customers may need to bear reverse shipping charges, if applicable
    • Once the returned product passes quality check, the replacement will be shipped

    To request a return or exchange:

    2. Share clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
    3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

    9. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected
    • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
